It is on Steam... I think (Alien Hominid). I somehow miraculously stumbled upon a physical copy back when I had a PS2, which is probably the only reason I still have my PS2. It's a good game.
But then... who's Sarah? :P
I don't think it's on Steam, but I always play the version right here on Newgrounds, Fraps can record anything as long as it's set on desktop options :)

You're right, Castle Crashers only includes an 'Alien Hominid playable character '. Bummer. :/ With a powerful PC you might be able to emulate the GC console and... aw, forget it. I actually tried Fraps once, to record some Oni gameplay, but... it didn't work. After going through a ton of alternatives I settled for BSR Screen Recorder, so far the only one that's been able to record everything I've wanted. But enough about that, as for other games...
How about Mega Race 2? 8 Bit Killer? Cave Story?
On a completely unrelated note, I've also always been Bob. :P
